My wings came out very cold yet they were burnt. It seemed like they were once fried and then they microwaved them and tried to sell them to me. Waitress asked every table "how was your meal?" And skipped over my table. Had to yell for her attention. She Offered to have the cooks remake the wings but they took so long to come out and were so disgusting I had her take them off the bill. Literally the worst wings I've ever had in my entire life.

House salad was salad, but HUGE!! Seafood mushroom caps were also huge and very tasty. Then the ribs. Oh my gobs!! Moist, fall off the bone, deliciousness. Could drink the sauce!

The food here is the only thing that keeps me going back. On three separate occasions, I have had bottom-of-the-keg, nasty beer that almost ruined the entire experience. I held off on a scathing review after the first two times, but their third strike has elicited my wrath. But the food is dynamite, at a decent price for the area. My suggestion: get a soda or a bottled beer, and make sure to tip the waitresses, as they will probably remember you the next time you go.

Love their food.... last experience I hope is a fluke as I have had great food and service but our food was way over cooked and the waitress never came back...... But usually the experience is great and their stuffed zucchini is my favorite

Food cold, waitress was by herself waiting on 15 tables. Best thing about the meal was the fries. The soup was 2 salty to eat the wings for being award winning were not that good. The wife got the sampler plate all her food was cold. My son got a dozzen wings he ate a few and the about 9 were left he said they were bland with no taste. This is the second time we have been burned going there. I know me and my family won't go back.

Redd Dawg's, I miss you. *tear* This would be my go to place when I lived in that area. Typical sports bar fare, but it was filling. The BBQ sauce was tangy and I like that in a BBQ sauce. Portions are good sized and taste great. The decor is awesome, but probably could use a bit touching up. Lots of local flavor in the decor. Sports memorabilia from local high school teams are everywhere and of course there is a Pittsburgh presence in the room as well.

I was seated, waited 20 minutes, never saw a server, so I left. I'm not a bit impressed and will never return. By the way, if you're going to advertise beer on draft, have something other than the typical bud and miller junk.

About five years ago you couldn't beg me to eat at this place! But recently I decided to give it another try & I'm glad I did! We ordered the steak appetizer & it was perfect! I would have never expected that from a sports bar. We also had French onion soup, a Philly cheesesteak, & grilled chicken breasts which were all spot on. Our waitress was extremely friendly & the atmosphere is pretty cool.

3.5 stars The food is a step above regular bar fare but the service is terrible. Don't go when you're in a rush. Beer selection is just okay, however they do make a mean bloody mary.

The White Pizza is out of this world; many of the sandwiches are extremely good. The waitresses are always very nice and easy to chat with. Even when they're busy, they make the effort to take care of your table. Not happy with something? Tell them immediately so they can resolve it. The pricing seems high for some items, but when you compare portion sizes to other restaurants and bars, you can't beat Redd Dawg's. I just heard that we should have signed up for the rewards card, but I couldn't find a website to do that, so I'm going to ask about it next visit. If you know anything about the rewards card, please add to the comments. PS: Kids can enjoy themselves here, but you may want to consider the noise level during busy hours if you're bringing a baby or young toddler. Otherwise, you should be fine.

I like stopping here anytime we are out this way. I like their sandwich menu. Lots of unique options.
